output not showing proper EDID

Post by najrock »

advanced and normal output are both showing a seemingly random EDID even when I have a detective or Decimator inline... really actually is a pain because I have to scale the slices differently to adjust to the normal HD raster...

Cant seem to work out if its a nvidia or resolume issue...

anyone have this happening to them?

Your Windows desktop scaling factor is not set to 100%

Crap. Our intention is to make you feel good for playing awesome shows, not stupid!

We're working on this whole DPI scaling debacle. For output, you're really only interested in the actual resolution of a screen, and not how text and other items should be displayed on it. OSX and Windows both take a different approach to how they report this 'native' resolution of a screen, so it's kind of a minefield, especially when you start using different scaling percentages on each output.
