your patch works for me with 5.1.4 and 5.0.2
I think it's time to rename your preferences file and let resolume create a new one on start, to check if it's something preferences related. But keep the old one so we can find out the cause of the problem.
If renaming the preferences file solves the problem please upload the preferences folder you find in Documents/Resolume arena 5/ with the original preferences file.

of course you'll need to set up your preferences to enable OSC, etc.

I've removed the preference file. Still doesn't work
Something strange : In my document library, I have 2 folders named "Resolume Arena 5" : 1 is empty, and the other has the "good" folders (composition, fixture library, preferences, presets and recorded".

I have this problem with my main PC (win 7) and my PC for the shows (Win 10 up to date). Both with Arena 5.1.4.
