Hey man,
My problem has actually ceased to exist once I updated to Windows 10 build 15063.540 and Realtek Driver version 6.0.1.8098. HOWEVER, my audio driver is still set to none within the resolume preferences. I would double check to see if it works now.

I just suggested to a client that they buy a new Alienware laptop with a 1060 card to run Resolume. It was egg on my face that it could do anything up until enabling an output. As soon as they tried to use it the application would hang.
Thanks for the suggestion about the Realtek driver. I was looking at display driver problems.
Manual driver update has fixed the problem. Now running driver version 6.0.1.8454
