I work for the University of Michigan. We are in the process of working Resolume into our projection workflow.
In that, yesterday, Sept 18th, I purchased the tutorials. Today, when one of my colleagues went to start watching them - this using my account and password - he was denied access.
Can anyone tell me more about this? If there is a way to download these videos so our team of four can all watch and learn Resolume?
