Can't save compositions anymore.

Hi, I already addressed my problem with Daniel vV, but maybe someone else knows what the problem is.

Since yesterday i can't save my compositions anymore. When i add decks/clips and "save" or "save as" compositions nothing happens. I close r6 and open again, and everything is gone.

I already removed the config.xml (Doc/ arena 6/Preferences/) as Daniel suggested but no fix.
Deleted some comps, Reinstalled the software, no fix.

Only got an extra error from install:

When the install comes to c:\Users\Public\Desktop\Resolume Arena 6.ink

PersistFile::Save failed; code 0x80070002
Het systeem Kan het opgegeven bestand niet vinden.

Also for alley.

Anyone know how to solve? Need some work done on r6 but can't because of this :cry:

Have you tried a user account with admin privileges? Public isn’t really friendly all the time.

you tell me... just happend a few days ago and can't get a solution from anyone.... Bought a 700+€ program and can't even save anymore... Im waiting on a solution of resolume techs... hope it comes soon because i have some work to do and soon some jobs so....

A few questions:
Which version of Resolume are you installing?
Where is the install file located on your computer?
Are you using the download with the example file?
Have you tried opening the example comp, making changes and saving it (or saving it as)?
Have you tried running Resolume as an admin? https://www.digitalcitizen.life/how-run ... -windows-7

So let’s figure out why public is the account that is referenced.
Public/Public Desktop is where the Desktop application shortcut goes during the installation process.

We're already talking to Boris via mail, but if both the installer and the application cannot get write permissions, that points more to a system wide permission error than something we can address in software.
