I tried to convert my DXV files to h.264 (mp4) with After Effects and Media Encoder but no luck they fail because Adobe is dumb. So I tried to re-install Alley and I get this error even though all my adobe apps are closed including creative cloud. Please help! thanks!

You could try running the installer as Administrator or rebooting the computer and then run the installer as soon as you login to get the install done before any adobe services start.

I tried administrator. I'll try a reboot after my shift and see if that helps

Uncheck the install adobe plugin option at the start of the install process.

If you have Resolume 6.0.9 installed, then you should already have the latest version of the plugin.
