Anyone know how to send track start and position data out of Traktor and into a VJ system?

Hi all,
I'm a solo performer – not DJ, not quite singer.. something in between – and I use Traktor to play out my live set.
I'd love to find a way to playback what are effectively music videos / visuals with lip-sync performances, running locked in time with my tracks.
I can't seem to find an obvious way to do this. My source program has to be Traktor but the VJ software could be VDMX, Arena, VLC...
But ideally they'd run off the same laptop so Arena might be a bit heavy.
Again, in an ideal world, it wouldn't just be a start signal but something baked in to the files to keep the two software programs running in exact lockstep.
