Arena 6.1.1 Group Parameter Animation

Is this a bug?:
It appears that all dropdown arrows to select parameter animation (dashboard, timeline, envelope etc) in the group panel are not working for me. I tried on 2 separate computers. Arena 6.1.1, Windows
Clicking the arrow does not show the menu, but only in the group panel, composition, layer and clip panels work fine.
I can still drag a parameter to a dashboard control and it assigns correctly.
