I’m looking for a solution to a big issue. I have a friend who had who has a business that is using two projectors displaying video loops in niches. The resolume software is awesome for putting together the video but for and user to start up every morning it’s very difficult. Between the monitor in the office and the two projectors, the startup always goes badly and the computer (PC) changes the display numbers assigned to the displays and it goes downhill from there. I’m not in the commercial AV biz and have not worked with this kind of a system before. I work in residential AV and this is out of my zone but need to help out my friend because the AV company who did the installation has left him hanging and he cannot find anybody in town to help.
How can I make the system easy for an end user to operate? Resolume mentioned some kind of automated startup and EDID management?
Any help would be much appreciated.
