arena 6 chamsys clear issue

Hi everybody,
i'm an italian guy so sorry for my poor english!
i am using arena 6.0.1 and magicq 1.8.0.5 connected via Art-Net, i made my dmx shortcut file mapping only the controls i need, everything works fine BUT one thing:
when i clear the programmer in magicq (it sets all the dmx values to the default value), i can see all the faders going to zero (as expected), but the clips keep on running, i have to stop them manually with the "x" button on arena 6.
I checked the fixture in magicq, and the default value of "trigger clip" in both layer and composition is zero, so it should work, right?
Does anybody have the same problem? what am i doing wrong?

I just updated arena to the last version, the problem still remains the same.

Have you tried mapping the layer or composition clear button to dmx?
You could flash this channel to clear the layers from Chamsys.

Yes, I could do that, but it doesn't fit my needs:
during the show i will push the clear button, but i need it to affect lights only, not video or audio.
More: if i make a cue in magicq with audio and video clips playing, when I release it (another button, not the clear one) i need it to stop clips immediatly (as the default "trigger clip" value in magicq fixture is zero.). This worked perfectly on Arena 5, so I tried to copy the dmx values into the arena 6 fixture, but it doesn't seem to solve my problem.

I don't own a serial number, I set up shows at home and then playback on licensed Arena on PCs owned by the companies I work for.
The problem showed up on my computer using Arena 6 in demo mode.
Do you think is this the problem, demo mode?

If your layer has column 0 and 1 having a blank source this will then clear with Chamsys. I helped an LD with chamsys in the spring and that was what we did. Altho if you are selecting clips with an exec or playback page clearing the programmer won't go to the default value of 0.

I tried with piano trigger style, no success.

Thanks Drazkers, i've experienced that with arena 5, at the moment the fisrt clip is in column 4, the fisrt three are empty. I have always the same problem!

I went a little bit deeper into the question, made a test and this is the result:
when i press the clear button in magicq, the output value of the dmx channel "trigger clip" turns to zero.
In Arena 6, looking at the dmx in, I can see the corresponding value that turns to zero too.
It looks like if the value of the dmx input channel "trigger clip" is zero, Arena just ignores that value in spite of selecting clip zero, that equals to unselect the active clip.
