Importing DXV files into After Effects?

I've got around 100 DXV files that I'd like to import into after effects for editing but after effects doesn't recognise any of them.

- How do I import these files?
- If I need to convert, how do I losslessly convert them so that I can import them into After Effects?

I'm using Mac btw...

Which version of AE are you using?
