Problem with video capture, it is not seen in resolume

Hello!
I bought a Keep Out sx300 video capture device to enter the signal from a camera in the Resolume. Resolume detects the entry source of the capturing device, but when it is launched in the layer, it is not displayed on the output monitor. It appears in black. I have checked through the OBS program and the camera image appears on the computer, but not on Resolume. Is there any type of configuration or adjustment that I need to modify? That someone helped me please! Thank you!
