No thumbnails in file explorer

Hey everyone,
why I have no thumbnails in the file explorer?
I use Arena 6.1.2 on windows 10. The files are in DVX 3.0 and working properly in the composition.
I also can not open it in the windows media player, only in quicktime.
Could someone help me? Is there a codec missing or something?

Everything is fine... the codec is dxv so your windows cant play it and also cant show you a thumbnail. The Codec is resolume exclusive...
for quick playing you can use the alley player

thats a total different problem.... i had this sometimes with one specific clip and mostly it was also problems with playback of this clip...

Do you have the thumbnails enabled in the files panel?
It's the squares icon right from the heart.

the same thing happens to me, I have thumbnails for the .mov files, but for the dxv3 files only the icon and the thumbnail is not seen.
