Hi there

Is it possible to route an audio-clip out of Resolume into an Abletons Audio-Channelstrip (->same machine)?

You can route the composition audio output from Resolume, routing a specific clip only is not possible I'm afraid.
You'd need a virtual sound card to do this, select it as output device in Resolume audio Preferences, and select it as input in Ableton.
