Rebuilding the composition was what Dhoude did at the end, so we don't really have a solution.
We also weren't able to recreate the issue.
The param animation durations are indeed off importing to 7.1.0. Seems this broke in 7.0.3 We're working on that.
Do these happen for you with a composition imported from v6?
