Dual Graphics Card Recommendations?

Hi there

We have an installation at an automotive retail store that has 6 projectors running off two graphics cards. The canvas resolution is 11520x1200, but the pieces of content are only small, none of them run across the whole canvas so they aren't huge files.

We have been using two GTX 1080 cards, but recently had a failure with them, and we are looking to replace them. I'm not sure if the 1080 is a bit overkill, and from the clients perspective we would quite like to save them a bit of cash if possible.

Can anyone recommend a similar card (obviously 2 of) that would do them job without busting the bank? I have seen a few people like to use the 1070, so that is on our radar. We also have good experiences with Quadro cards too, as we like the built in EDID emulation function.

Thanks in advance for any help!

A single 1080ti should be more than enough power, take the extra money and get a FX4 for the rest.
