I’m trying to get some OSC commands vía WiFi and my specific OSC transmitting app cant change its OSC output strings. (I know touchOSC but I need other functions)

Is there any way to change OSC inputs commands in Resolume?

Nope, This is the responsibility of your transmitting application. Sounds like you need a different application. You can use some middleware to do the translation, but that's more work than anyone should have to do
