Black Screen at start of video, untimely crash

Hello,

We have serious problem with Resolum Avenue since we did the complete update of our MAC :

->when a video is played, the image output screen is black for a few seconds and only displays the video after this long black screen
Our videos are in h264, is there a way to get around this problem without having to systematically convert them with Alley?

->Since these same updates, it also happens that Resolume crashes without warning when we manipulate the layers ...

Please help us if you have any solutions for us.

Could be a bad file, does it convert fine to DXV with Alley?

Can you please send the crash report with the email filled out, so we know it came from you?

Indeed by converting with Alley there is no longer a black screen problem, but it is restrictive to have to use this converter before broadcasting on the giant screen ....

But in my manipulation to replace the videos on the layers, Avenue crashed twice, I sent you two error reports, by entering the same email address as the one I used to create my account on this forum.

You will want to use DXV3 for your videos. It is an optimized codec built for video playback.

Nope, didn't get reports with your forum email.

The video codec is not the problem, just by manipulating the layers, changing PNG images etc ... that's enough for the Resolume to crash ....

I a made a crash on Resolum again today (it was not very difficult) I returned an error report but I especially took the opportunity to copy paste the error report that my mac OS and Resolum data . They can be viewed here:
