Dear Users,
For an issue at work, I am looking for someone that might be able to explain to me what is going on here.
We are using Resolume Arena 6 on an Windows 10 desktop with a GTX 1050.
The software seems to be working fine, however the output is distorted from what the software preview is actually showing. In the following images you will see the problem.

The issue is that currently, the colours on the layers are full white. And the output colour always changes based on the coulour we use for the input and never matches the input colour. It is always distorted over all the strips. We have already checked the RGBW and RGB settings. Without the RGBW setting, everything becomes white and stays white, so RGBW seems to be the only option.
Next up, These strips are all Built with LED strips as far as I know, these are not Octo-strips, keep in mind that my technical knowledge on this is limited. Software and drivers have been checked and are all up-to-date.
I am hoping someone can explain to me what is going on and how to fix this.
With kind regards,
M.
