Won't store keyboard mapping

Hey,
I just made a vj keyboard (just an old keyboard coloured in for VJ'ing), now I changed a lot of keys in the program. Everything works just fine, they work. Until I close the program. Now it won't quit, it's stuck. It's saying "deinitialising preferences". So when I force quit the program, and restart it, all my prefs are gone. How can I make this keyboard mapping permanent?

there are some other threads about solving this (or a similar) problem. This worked for me:

install Resolume 2.4
set the keyboard mapping (within 2.4)
close Resolume 2.4
apply the "read-only" switch (windows explorer) to \\Resolume 2.4\\settings\\preferences.xml
start Resolume 2.41
[/list=1]
Now the keyboard mapping worked also with 2.41. Would be intereasting if it solves your problem!?
Btw. I have always a backup of my settings folder

Hey! i have bin trying to reprogram keyboard mapping - it all works but it won"t store the settings - after I restart Resolume it cams beck to default mapping.

Haw you gays deal with this problem ? Thanks!

I have the same problem, clean install, 2.41, keyboard mappings won't stick
