portable decks

Hello!
Can anyone tell me if decks made on one computer can be transferred to another? The source files are on an external drive, which I've mapped to the same drive letter. I've copied the decks to the decks folder and Resolume displayed the decks. But when I loaded a clip into a layer, the clip is not played (layer is black).
Is there somebody who tried that before?
