Confused About the Resolume Store

Post by craftycurate »

I recently bought an R2.41 license.

However, when I log on to the store, there is no information under "My Account". All it says is "thanks for logging in."

Is there supposed to be some information here e.g. serial numbers?

Thanks
Richard

You should have got the serial by email, it is sometimes hard to find, just reat the email carefully

Thanks ... I did get the email with the serials. It's just that the online account doesn't appear to hold any information - what purpose is there in logging on?

When you buy footage or plugins you need to login to your account to download the files.

I've been trying to find time to update the account pages in the shop so it will show all the past orders with invoices and Resolume serials.

Great, thanks. No rush for that one with R3 on the way :)
