Hello,
I encounter a synchronization problem and and any help would be welcome.
I want to launch two identical videos from two different layers (because I need to control them independantly), but I need that the two flux be synchronized. Indeed I want to use Resolume for stereographic projection, with one video for the left eye and one video for the right eye, so I need a perfect synchronicity.
However, when, to test the principle, I launch the same video simultaneously on two different layers (launch by clicking on column1) and look at the evolution, I see an increasing shifting appear between the two flux, after only 3-4 minutes.
What is the cause of such a shifting ? Is there a way to synchronize the two layers ? (I can't work with a sole video divided in two parts due to some effects I would like to use separatly)
I used to work with Jitter until now, an I never encountered this problem in so far as the quicktime object seems to manage the number of the frame to read, so the synchronization is insured, even if there is a lack of CPU.
Thank you in advance for your help and advice !
