I just managed to get the ofxFFGL plugin working again, but I doubt we'll be able to release it. It's a shame openFrameworks tends to move things around so much, so the dependencies change all the time.

If you're not using all the add-on libraries, oF and straight up FFGL are not that different though, so you may not even need oF at all.

What kind of thing are you guys looking for in a tutorial? Do you just want to know how to make a plugin, or do we have to start with OpenGL basics?

What about a Hello World! / Cube Demo kind of thing?

I would love to see actually from the OpenGL basics then cover all the way to make a plugin, i think that would make sense for people to understand whats involved and so on... Not sure whats easier to cover Windows Development or OSX. We could split it into chapters to make a sample plugin that uses OpenGL. I think when we create that even possible to post on http://hub.tutsplus.com/ to get more viewers.

I like the idea of hello world all the way to something we can use.

Setup your Development Enviroment (maybe cover OSX and WIN)
Hello World
Compiling
Add Sliders, Fields to manipulate create the UI for resolume plugin
Compiling
Start with 2D and 3D transformations
Compiling

Something like that, some more input is welcome, and thank you goto10 for starting this.

i would also be highly interested in this topic... rather VC2012 than XCode...but at least something better than the FF SDK docs...
