I have one USB controller and 2 laptop.
I want to control the 2 laptop with the same USB controller.

In midi I used a midi splitter, but in USB I don't know wich is the apropiated device.

All USB splitters I find are for connect a lot of devices into a single USB input. x inputs and 1 output

But I need a thing that duplicates the signal, 1 input 2 outputs.

I'm not an USB controller expert, but this sounds like two man commanding one dog. What should the dog do?

This is just not possible - USB is usually a two-way communication. Maybe USB to MIDI --> MIDI splitter is the way to go.

Plug your controller into one computer and then forward the incoming midi over your network to your other machine.

I would like to connect the usb controller to a midi splitter, but I don't know if the midi splitter understand a MIDI-USB device.

In each laptop (maybe I have 3) I'm going to connect a USB MIDI interface like such of Roland:



But I don't know how to connect a USB controller to a midi splitter...

if you connect the controller to the "master" laptop you can create the midi notes via the usb controller and get them into the midi splitter via the interface....

anyways... i would prefer a way to convert the midi signal to osc if you can work like that...
you would have less delay i think and osc works more stable for me than midi in resolume!
