The new mac os x update: I haven't updated yet but i see in the list of changes that there are some changes in the behaviour of external screens. Any idea how it affects resolume?
Any user experiences welcome :)

YOU CAN!! Just found it....

Go to System Preferences > Mission Control > You need to turn “Displays have separate Spaces” OFF and then restart machine.

I have encountered some odd crashes when closing Resolume (I think this was something we saw with Resolume 3 before if I remember correctly) and problems with MAX MSP crashing on simple GUI interactions. Maybe it is just my machine. I am investigating on it. Oh and Mapio beta won't work either but that's probably gone when I update my 1.6 licence ;)

The Enttec USB DMX PRO does not work on Mavericks either without this workaround:

there are several problems with external usb serial devices (like the dmx/usb pro), and they'll ALL suffer from this issue if they have their own set of drivers...

Consistent crashes on retinabook - with the new 4.1.7 Arena.

Sometimes it won't even start - yesterday while testing it crashed 4 times in 30 minutes.

As for now hold off upgrading.

I have a new Retina MBP which came with Mavericks. I have some issues starting Avenue... sometimes the splash-screen shows then nothing happens. The app never opens, and I can't quit the stuck process. The strangest part is that even a Force Quit does not work. The process still shows (as unresponsive) in Activity Monitor. The only way to recover from this state is a full restart (which also takes an unusually long time, I'm guessing because the system is having trouble shutting down the process).
So far this scenario has happened around 5 times, I don't know how to reproduce it consistently.

I can't seem to preview in the finder any clips encoded with DXV which is not great
