2. you can open your Resolume 5 composition in Resolume 6 via the Composition menu, Open-file dialog, and it should look the same.
What have you used as text generator in Resolume 5?

Flash swf files are not supported in Resolume 6 I'm afraid.

Try enabling Animate in the Text Animator with your text in a single line, and play around with animating the position X or Anchor X params.
