FPS slower than video file

Post by Grimm90 »

I've been wondering about this for some time, someone will certainly be able to clarify this for me.

If you have an animation rendered at 30 fps , which is a 10 seconds long, and for some reason Resolume is outputting at 20 fps , whats happening with the "lost" frames ?

Does the clip stay true to the duration so it will play exactly 10 seconds no matter the output fps ?
Are certain frames of the animation dropped to stay keep in time or how does this work please ?

The clip should play for it's original duration, and the frames that can't be displayed should be dropped.

Is this a DXV file you have issues with?
