Resolume 7 Upgrade

So. I bought the software on May 22, which is exactly 10 days over the 30 day limit. I was wondering if I would still be eligible for a free upgrade to 7? I love your product but I keep having an issue when loading media, the software crashes. I’ve sent in a few crash reports. I have been testing the 7 demo and so far it hasn’t crashed once.

I thought when I purchased the software that I was able to get upgrades for a year, which is the standard for pretty much every company you buy software from.

Could you please let me know. I have submitted a support ticket.
