Best VNC App for Controlling Resolume on Mac from iPad?

Hi, i'm wondering if anybody has advice on the best VNC app for a Mac computer from an iPad? I would like to login from my router to control Resolume from my iPad (I'm not connected to the internet on this router). I'm running 5 monitors on the Mac so i'd like a VNC program that I can specify only a certain monitor to be viewed from the iPad.
I'm running Mojave so I can't use the Sidecar feature in MacOS.
