Replace Clip video and audio at the same time

Hello all,

Perhaps a stupid question:
Is it possible to replace a clip which has Video and audio in one task ?
The only way, I've found was to drop the new clip audio and video separately in the clip inspector. Perhaps there is a shortcut or a way to link video and audio.

The background is that i have many AV clips to replace :-)

Best,
H.

Replacing the tracks is only possible one by one currently.

related question: I have a video clip with some settings (a.o. opacity) animated with envelope etc.
I want to replace the clip with a file of the same duration (but with an audio track, unlike the previous one)
Is there a way to keep the original opacity envelope automation when overwriting the clip ?

I tried another way, i.e. no change to the composition, but swap the names of the files in the OS then relaunch Avenue: that keeps the original opacity animation, but the new audio track doesn't appear :? Would there be a way to 'refresh' the clip so that is sees and enables the audio track of the clip ?

Try dropping the AV file onto the Clip panel.

same result as my 2nd method: clip gets replaced, opacity automation is preserved, but the audio track (which was disabled in the original clip) does not appear: there's maybe a trick to enable the audio panel afterwards ?
Think I'm better off recreating the opacity envelope on the new clip, it's just a one shot thing ;)

Looks like it's possible to save the (opacity) envelope as a preset: that's an even better solution :D
