hi was wondering is it better for resolume if one suorces clips off external hardrive as opposed to using local disk? do people do this ?

i think it doesnt really matter depending on speed of drive and processor at the end of teh day. what are the spec of the drives that you are using. i think it may be better to run your clips off an external. give it a little test run and see what happens
