check out this tools: AirParrot + AirServer

I can achieve 86fps at 1280x720 with my MacBook Pro (late 2011) with Mountain Lion.. thanks to the new Sandy Bridge CPU's built-in feature called Quick Sync (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Intel_Quick_Sync_Video)

I really want to figure this one out... soooo many options if you can send and recieve video from another computer... I was thinking today it would be sick to send a live video feed from a camera to a laptop at the front of the room, use some way to send that video stream wirelessly, like ichat or something back to another computer in the back of the room... this would eliminate the need for a huge firewire cable...

Any updates on something like this....

EDIT : Doesnt look like AirBeam will recognize CamTwist as a legit camera source.... if anyone knows another screen capture app that might turn the signal into a legit camera source, this might work... I emailed the guy at AirBeam... he is busy making updates to get his software to work with the Galileo (http://motrr.com/galileo.html) But he said maybe at some point he would update to allow AirBeam to send a monitors signal so what I am describing could maybe be done with AirBeam in the future...
On a side note, AirBeam is pretty dope for sending camera signals to resolum... works pretty good but deff requires a good wifi connection

So i think i figured out a messy hack to send a screen from one computer to another and capture as a syphon signal to input into resolume... I have a feeling that the lag is going to be a little stupid... but here is my hypothesis...

Use CamTwist to capture signal of screen A - This should be able to be used as a source with AirBeam Pro...

Send AirBeam pro signal from Computer A to computer B - AirBeam Pro on Computer B captures signal and outputs a syphon stream...

Im going to test tonight but this is the closest hack i have found that seems plausible... despite lag...
