Snap to current position and type in position in min:ss

Post by hive8 »

Would i be possible to add something where the play head in or out snaps to the current position of the scrub courser.

Also one feature i would really like is to type in the time where i want the clip to start, so i don't have the scrub. I did a film shoot (commercial) and used Resolume as the playback device, it was kind of hard to get the clip to the exact mm:ss:ff start position when in the middle of the clib, the position input is some long number and there is no way to add it with mm:ss:ff control.

What was easy cueing and starting the clip, and playback.

You can use keyboard or midi shortcuts to set the in and out points to the playhead ( by default these are set to I and O ).

The time in mm:ss:ff is shown to the right of the clip, but the playhead itself shows the time in millis. Having those two the same does make a lot of sense.
