Oh Eyesupply are they are the same as agroup or TC supply which makes the CDJ2000 to SMPTE app on OSX, i have good connection with David Moor, I could ask him, if it is the same, but from what i see here, i like the grid and the different colors

Not the same, but the TC Supply SMPTE is cool too. I want just the software though, I don't want to rent the whole computer package from them.

There some diagonal lines and circles I think you can turn on/off on theirs, and timecode too

I'll try seeing if someone wold be willing to share (not sure how often they check here)

This looks like a pixel map and not a test pattern from the photo.

That specific picture was indeed using a simple jpg, with a colored grid where the input selection slices need to be. It was made before hand, based on the CAD drawings of the stage design and the processor pixel map.
