separate view settings for Mixer and Property Panels

would be nice to have separate settings to enable the views of Transition, CrossFader, Common, Video (oppacity) in the Mixer GUI and in the property panels. For example I am regularly using clip transition settings within the mixer but not on the panels.
I understand that it is good to have these settings on the panels, too. But the more panels the more scrolling..
my suggestion: add separate sections in menu > view (Mixer view settings vs Panel view seetings) or add a view setting to the panels' gear icon
