Really good use case, btw. Thanks for sharing!

I can get close with using Slice Transforms and only a single routed layer (using a virtual screen to do the merge instead of HTP merge in the fixture). But because the different looks overlap each other, you get some crosstalk.

You could work around it by using a routed layer for each look. But at that point the setup is about as complex as it would be if you could use shortcuts. If not more. But the gif should give an idea on how I'd like this to see this work in the future.

Thanks for a great presentation about your thoughts on this matter Joris! And thanks for pointing out HTP merging Oaktown and Zoltan! As for now I think that I can achieve quite a lot just with Slice Transform, I have totally missed this great funktion... I will do a video as soon as I have the opportunity and a more stable version. But it will be within a month or two before there is any substance of my ideas :lol:
