Copy multiple active clips into single column

Having a button\hot key that copies active clips and pastes them into a chosen column. so I can create a 'look' and record it to a column for playback.
eg
various columns
layer 1 clip 5
layer 2 clip 2
layer 3 clip 6
layer 4 clip 9
layer 5 clip 2
COPY Into
column 19
layer 1 clip 19
layer 2 clip 19
layer 3 clip 19
layer 4 clip 19
layer 5 clip 19
would be great to work between decks so you can have a library and then showfile ready to be triggered by whatever
