cube transition modification

Post by pleasuretek »

the cube transition is good and all... but if trying to use the cube transition on mapped objects (in this case simple 3ft wide columns) then when the cube scales back it takes the mapped video off of the column it was on.

I wish it would work so that Resolume 4 could create a spinning cube effect as a transition (illusion like the column itself is rotating to show you the next clip). I would think just increase the scale size in the transition code, and remove the scale back part, maybe call it 'cube big'... This feature would save me hours of creating this effect in c4d and after effects, as well as being able to apply it to any clip on the fly instead of having to bake it in the clips..
