Autopilot ignores beat loopr

Post by mowgli »

Is there a reason why if you have a cell with a clip which uses the beat loopr, whatever you set the autopilot of the cell to (play next etc...) is ignored?

It just stays there looping forever. It would be extremely handy if this wasn't the case as it opens the doors to more elaborate sequencing.

The Beatloopr is for looping a clip internally, and overrides the autopilot when it loops on the last beat. If you want to sequence parts of a clip, you can make copies and adjust the in and out points.

This is indeed a bug, and has been added to the fix list. Thanks for the find.

I tried using the in-out points, but I struggle to make perfect loops. I've managed it with some clips but not with others. It would be good if you could define in and out points using the beat loopr keys.
