Minrray UV430A ptz controls

Hi folks.
Feed is coming through NDI. Looks great.
Ptz controls isn’t working through resolume even tho activated.

Controls DO work through ndi video monitor

Any advice?

Sounds like the cameras you try do not support Absolute positioning, which is defined in the NDI standard. Manufacturers often skip this for some reason, so they are not 100% compatible with NDI.
I'd recommend contacting the manufacturers.

Yea. Sounds like thats it.
Can you maybe think of a workaround to enable some kind of fake 'fade time' from position to another, like zoom out or 5 sec pan from point to point?

My PTZoptics NDI PTZ works just fine in Resolume. It's the manufacture, Not Resolume.

Isn’t that sort of semantics considering the Newtek cameras are manufactured white label by PTZ Optics?

No, Newtek NDI PTZ is made by Marshall. PTZoptics makes their own.

Maybe this would be good GitHub project:

Resolume PTZ Control Compatibility Module

Receives absolute commands and translates them to relative commands for non-Marshall, non-PTZ Optics cameras.
