MTH2G Analog Vs. Mac O.S

Post by pfelberg »

Hello,

I usually run a MTH2G Analog (VGA) Edtition with my MacBookPro running the old SnowLeopard (10.6.8).
As it is officially not compatible it only accepts 2400x600 ressolution tops. But that´s fine for my projects.
I wonder if there is anyone else also running the same MTH2G the same way but running more recent O.S., like Lion or Mountain Lion, perhaps? Mavericks?
I am afraid about upgrading and losing the MTH2G usage entirely.

thanks,

Paulo

The one good thing with the analogue models of DH2Go/TH2Go is that they're basically dumb boxes - theres no special drivers or magic going down the USB cable - just 5V power. As a result it should be fine on any OS version.
Can you not just find someone else with a Mac running a new OS and plug it in to see what happens?
