What would be an ideal setup?

i'm looking to come up with the "ideal" setup for an Arena 5 media server. i'm trying to sell to my boss to get away from the Green Hippo servers and build some custom ones with Arena.
what would you recommend for the best case setup? we would be primary dealing with LED video walls and some projection from time to time.
