Capture Card Support for newest AJA and Blackmagic Interfaces

Does the AJA IO 4K (thunderbolt 2) have the same capabilities as the AJA IO 4K PLUS?
I've been able to use it as 4 SDI inputs, but no matter what settings I tried on the AJA IO 4K, have never been able to use it as SDI outputs.

I was able to find and play around with the AJA IO 4K today. Have been able to test the unit with gear I have on hand. and I was able to get it to talk with 1 camera on SDI 1 , and two separate outputs on SDI 3, AND SDI 4, in both ARENA 6 AND 7.
