GTX 1650 runs Resolume well?

I'm evaluating a machine with this setup:
Motherboard: Gigabyte B360M
Processor: Intel Core i5 9400F
Memory: HyperxFury DDR4 16GB
SSD: 480GB NVMe
HDD: 1TB Seagate
Power Supply: Corsair 400W
AND the final item: GTX 1650 4GB.
But I read some topics, and people said that Resolume doesn't use CUDA, and the quantity of CUDA Cores won't mean so much.
So this GPU will run the Resolume as well, or do I really need an RTX 2070 like?
I have another machine with the recommended specs (spent about $ 2.500 in my country
), but my analysis shows me that the program doesn't use – roughly speaking – much of my GPU than framerates.
