What is best new projector out?

Post by SteveHawaii »

I have a stage screen that is 15’wide and 10’ tall with the projector 20’ away... I’m using a cheaper projector and not getting the brightness or clarity ion wanting. What is best new projector for my set up? Is laser a better investment?
Thanks

Panasonic rz 21 should do it :)

Budged is the first and only good question before anything else should be said :)

Hi there,

A.
When I analyse your attached picture....the cheapest way to get a better projection is to ask the light technicians to place the lights that way that no or less light falls on your projection surfaces....

B.
What is best new projector out?
...might not be the perfect question..... you can easily spend >100K for the "Best"..."newest" projector.
As the others mentioned..... to know your budget is important :)

Best wishes

I would like to suggest ViewSonic LS800HD. It has 5000 lumens brightness, 1920x1080 resolution, and can create image size up to 50" - 300".

Also, it will cost approx 2450$, if it comes under your budget you can buy it.
