Usage Resolume Arena CPU and GPU

Post by Andre-Repair »

Hello, I need to configure a machine to use Resolume Arena.
Some software uses only the GPU, others CPU and some both
Could anyone check this out and let me know?
Clicks on the Windows 10 system the command
CTRL + ALT + DEL and then click more deals and then Performance
Can you show me this on your systems?
On the basis of that I will set up a machine for a customer
So if I don't use a lot of CPU, I can save money and invest in better GPUs
I looked for information and video and I didn't find something precise.
The website does not say which generation AMD or Intel serial idea
Only it would be better with RTX 2070
I have this doubt

I'd recommend going for an nvidia GPU with the Studio drivers.

A recent 4+ core i5, or i7, or similar AMD CPU should be enough for most things. If you use DXV video files, those are decoded on the GPU.
If you want to run many NDI inputs, go for a high core count high clock CPU.

The hardware you need depends a lot on what you actually want to do with Resolume. There are a lot of discussions here about different use cases.
