I am about to buy a MacBook Pro, the new ones just came out and since the update was the let down of the year (nothing really new, just cosmetics), I am thinking of getting the older MBP. My only concern is that is there any performance differences (in resolume 3) with the old 8600m gt and the new 9600m? Given that all/most of the used video material is 400x300 - SD resolution range.
