Livid Elements HOME!!!

Livid Instruments has officially introduced Livid Elements, a completely modular MIDI controller platform.
With the Livid Elements system, you can create a custom controller layout by selecting and combining the modules that you need. Each module connects to the Elements Brain for plug-and-play configuration and setup.
Modules start at around $100 and complete systems at about $650.

I may be getting this, since half the LEDs on my Block went out. They may replace with an Elements as long as I pay the difference :)

To hard on it I guess. Think it might be a bad cable, since it follows their weird LED pattern, it's every other group that's out. I broke one of the 100k faders last night (they haven't been responding well lately). Might be time for an APC backup

Yes...could be :) It sounds strange....but I can recommend you this:

Brought two of them last month....and I must say...the knobs and faders are much better than expected.
The whole series is very cheap...maybe you give them a try!?

I like the feel of the i-Con, but I can't figure out how to set the buttons to send notes and not CCs. Have you managed this Cosmowe?

hey Joris,
I'm sorry...no I don't figured it out. But I'm pretty shure somewhere out there is a midi converter software tool which eats CC's and spits out a midinote.....based on your custom configuration.

Olé everybody.....
.....may I introduce you the: KONKREET PERFORMER (OSC Controller App4iPAD) HOME!!

Image

"KONTREET PERFORMER ...... is a music control and performance instrument that was designed to use multi-touch technology to the full. Instead of traditional faders and knobs, use multi-touch and gestures to manipulate PERFORMER’s beautiful shapes to dynamically control your computer’s software instruments in real-time.

In the studio, it allows the artist to approach their sound-design routine from a new, inspiring angle: to reconnect to their software instruments and Digital Audio Workstations by using Performer’s revolutionary interface and arriving at sounds and progressions impossible with traditional controllers.

But PERFORMER was also made to be seen! On the stage, alongside with VISUALISER (PERFORMER‘s big-screen visual output module – in development), PERFORMER creates an engaging live show that is indeed “alive”.

PERFORMER is a controller. It does not generate sound by itself."
