Files broken afer transfer via USB Stick

Post by He2neg »

Hey Folks,
while i want to test the Benchmark of my System i stumbled /again/ over some weird issue.

It happened already sometimes but i never thought about it after it.

I downloaded some Videocontent ( vimeo / vj loops / etc.) This time the Benchmark test package.

After i copyed the files to my USB Stick ( i tryed 2 different) and again transfered it to my VJ laptop the Files are broken and Resolume cant use them ( the yellow X as symbol)

-Tryed different USB sticks
- On the PC i downloaded the Content everything works fine

Do every someone of you had this and also may have a explanation for this ? Or even better a Solution ?

How are your drives formatted (NTFS or Fat)?
Macs can read but not write to NTFS drives, try formatting them as fat32.
Only thing I can think of.
